Privacy Policy

Jaccha Baccha ("we", "us") is a tool for parents to keep track of their child's vaccinations, milestones, growth, medicines and medical records. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details. The name and email on the Google account you sign in with. If you use guest login, an anonymous account ID instead.
- Your child's details. Name, date of birth, gender and an optional photo, which you enter yourself.
- Health-related records you enter. Vaccination dates, doctor names and photos; milestone dates; weight, height and head circumference; medicines and when doses were given; medical records, notes and photos of prescriptions or reports.
- Technical data. Basic server logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address and browser type) so the service runs securely. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: showing your child's charts and records, working out due dates, sending dose reminders, keeping your account secure, and answering your support requests. We do not use your child's data for advertising.
Children's information
Jaccha Baccha is for parents and guardians, not for children to use. Information about a child is entered by the parent or guardian and is used only to provide the service to that parent or guardian.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the app:
- Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel — hosting of the website and web app.
- Google — sign-in with your Google account.
These providers may store or process data on servers located outside your country. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
How we protect it
Data travels over encrypted connections. Each account can access only its own records — this is enforced by access rules in the database, not only in the app. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details safe.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and everything in it, email feedback@jacchabaccha.in from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days. In-app deletion is planned.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and your child, or withdraw your consent to us holding it, by writing to us at the address below.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.
