Early testing phase. Jaccha Baccha is still being tested, so you may run into errors or mistakes. Please check anything health-related with your child's pediatrician.

Sample data

What's inside

Five tools for the first years, each one tied to a real reference — or to your own records.

Vaccinations

IAP 2023

The full Indian Academy of Pediatrics schedule from birth to 12 years, worked out from your child's date of birth. Record each dose with the date, the doctor and a photo of the card. Anything overdue or due this week shows up on your dashboard.

Milestones

CDC checklists

Typical ages for how children play, talk, think and move. There is no “overdue” here — a child who walks at 15 months instead of 12 is perfectly normal. Just note the date when it happens.

Growth

WHO standards

Log weight, height and head circumference at each checkup and see them against percentile curves, as a chart or as a table.

Medicines

Your prescription

Add whatever the doctor prescribes, set the times, and get a reminder ten minutes before each dose. Tap once to log it as given.

Reminders arrive while the app is open today; always-on reminders come with the Android app.

Medical records

Your own records

Doctor visits, illnesses, lab tests and hospital stays — with photos of prescriptions and reports — in one timeline you can show any doctor.

Where the numbers come from

The vaccination schedule follows the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. Milestones are adapted from the CDC's developmental checklists. Growth curves are based on the WHO Child Growth Standards, simplified into an approximation — and the app says so, right where you see them.

Jaccha Baccha is a record-keeping and reference tool, not medical advice. Always confirm your child's vaccinations, growth and development with their pediatrician.

We're still in testing. You may come across errors or inconsistencies. If you spot one, please tell us at feedback@jacchabaccha.in — it helps us fix it. Keep your original vaccination card and prescriptions safe too; treat the app as a helpful copy, not the only one.

Private by design

Your child's records are about the most personal data there is. We treat them that way.

Only you can see your records.

Each account can read and write only its own data. That rule is enforced in the database itself, not just in the app.

You stay in control.

Ask us to delete your account and everything in it, any time — write to feedback@jacchabaccha.in.

Plain-language policy.

What we collect, why, and who processes it is spelled out in our Privacy Policy.
